Where can I find cable anchors?

I'm looking for cable anchors for a Tektro side pull brake and a Shimano Sora front derailleur. Specfically, I need the flat pieces that clamp the cable. I have 5mm socket head screws. Can anyone suggest a website that carries these small bits? I've called or visited several LBS's and I've spect too much time searching the web for these parts, including the McMaster-Carr website.

Any help is appreciated.
