Is my crankset 10-speed compatible? FD?

Is my Shimano 105 9-speed double crankset (FC-5502) compatible with the new 10-speed 105 stuff?

What about the 105 9-speed double FD I have?

I ask because I'm considering purchasing a Specialized Roubaix and I might eventually like to use these parts on it.

(sorry for the cross-post, accidentally posted this in Road Cycling first rather than here)

9 speed derailleurs and cranks are compatible with 10-speed. The only thing that differs significantly between the groups are the shifters, chain, and cassette.
