What is the FD clamp size on a allez epic
No amount of searching has shown me what the clamp diameter might be for my early 90's carbon fiber Allez Epic.

I still say if you have the frame just measure the diameter!

Current derailleur clamps come in three diameters, 1-1/8" (28.6 mm), 1-1/4" (31.8 mm), and 1-3/8" (34.9 mm) so it should be fairly easy to measure your seat tube and determine which of the three you need. The differenced are pretty apparent.

I used a length of clear tape to measure mine. Put a mark on one end of tape, wrap tape around tube overlapping first mark, then put second mark over first. Carefully unwrap tape and place over straight ruler. Divide by pi.
