This is my first visit to this forum. Maybe I'm missing something, but is there a place already that we can pool PDFs of service manuals for people to download (sticky)? I realized that I couldn't attach it to a PM for a fellow MTB Forum-er (that I could see) so I looked here to see if there was maybe a sticky thread I could post it in.

Maybe it would gobble too much server space; but it would be nice . . .

Is there a chance there could be copyright/permission issues from the manufacturer?

I suppose there might be in a very technical sense; but most of what I'm thinking of is PDFs that they have provided online at one time or another for consumer download but are maybe not readily available anymore.

An example would be the 5th Element setup instructions for a Yeti ASX. I happen to have the PDF because I downloaded it three years ago. But since they are now using the Fox DHX, I guess they felt no need to still make it available. If there were somewhere to warehouse such things, I would post it.

Used to be able to do that here with the Barnett's manual but those days are gone. Your best bets are:

I'm not looking to download manuals; I'm looking to upload obscure things that I have that others might find useful. For instance: the service manual for an '05 RST Sigma inverted dual-crown fork. It's a 2 MB PDF that I don't have the personal server space to host.
