difference between 105 and ultegra front hubs?

difference between 105 and ultegra front hubs?
I know ultegra/open pros are everybody's go-to wheel. How about 105 as the front hub? Is it significantly different than the Ultegra, how?

The sealing mechanism is different. The 105 has a neoprene wiper seal and the Ultegra has a labyrinth seals.
