Hub smoothness

I got a new wheel (fulcrum zero) from the factory. When I spin the wheel there is a little click in the hub on every rotation and it spins for about 45 seconds (only).the bearings are adjustable.
Should I adjust the bearings?
Regrease them?
Ride them?

Don't count on the OEM to get it right. For perfection, do it yourself. Buy good products and check them over. Re-pac the bearings and look for flat spots on the bearings or in the race. On second thought, if this was bought locally, take it back for this inspection. If bought online, email cust service before proceeding. you don't want to void any warranty you may have.

If it is the rear hub, check the casette for looseness on the splines: I found a loose casette by tracing a 1click/revolution when the chain was off. Spinning for 45 seconds could be drag from lots of grease and good seals.
