New Cantis For 126mm Frame- Having Problems- Recommendations Please

I'm having problems finding cantis for a cyclocross frame which is 126mm spaced. I ordered and tried Nashbar rebranded Tektro Onyx brakes, but as the canti studs on my frame are only about 63mm apart I don't have enough up and down adjustment for the brake pads. The pads hit the tire and not the rim. (Modern canti studs are spaced 80mm.)

I'd like to find a modern, easy to adjust, not crazy expensive canti that takes cartridge pads. Does anyone know if this exists? Thanks.

I use old style Deore cantis on all my bikes from 126mm to 135mm and they work fine. You really don't need cartridge pads, they're nice buy not necessary. Good luck

The reason I want cartridge pads is that high quality pads aren't available locally, and all my other bikes use cartridge pads. I'd like to buy a bunch of the same pad at one time and have a nice little supply.

I'm currently using old LX cantis which are a pain to adjust, don't stop so well, and of course I can't find decent pads for locally.

Have you tried reversing the spacers in the pad? It may give you just enough room.
