Need to change hub break pad.
 

I noticed a while ago that when I pulled my brakes, the one on the left (I think it's the front) was sticking and not coming off (I tried to pedal and found great resistance). After a couple of seconds wait, it released and I could go again. Anyway, having not done anything about it, I notice that the left brake is now pretty ineffective. It looks as though I've been cycling against the brake and worn it away. :mad: My bike is made by Batavus and uses hub breaks. I'm looking for info about how I change the pads but not getting anywhere - can someone here give me a clue?

Also, any idea what caused it to start sticking in the first place? The brake handle sort of sticks a bit, and then moves slowly back and then suddenly clicks back into place (into place being fully forward/non-braking mode :) )
