Weird sound coming out of my bike.

When i stand up and pedal, or pedal hard my frame or something on my bike makes a squeaking noise.?

and i've had this bike for like 4 years and i just got a tune up and a new freewheel

Sounds like the crank arms are loose. They really need to be torqued on tight. Maybe also the chainring bolts need to be tightened. If it didn't make the noise before the tune up, I'd take it back and complain. They should tighten it up for free.

My brakes used to squeak....now for some reason they dont anymore

Squeaking usually comes from aluminum rubbing somewhere in my experience. If you did just have a tune up, I'm sure they'd have another look at it and get everything tightened up correctly.
