noob on carbon fiber....ultrasonic cleaning bad for it

hey im wondering if ultrasonic cleaning is bad for something like say a campy record rd with carbon fiber? I know people have no problem with something like shimano dura ace but is it a no no to submerge a carbon one in cleaning solution and have it ultrasonically cleaned?

I imagine it might depend on the solution (though probably should be OK for anything you'll have on hand), but the ultrasonic energy won't pose a problem for a carbon composite.

Yeah, I'm not really worried about the cleaning action since there is nothing actually touching the part like say a scrub brush or anything. I just was worried about how carbon reacts to being sumberged in a degreaser or cleaning solution for any length of time.
