Bikes: '''96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '12 Surly Pacer, All are 3x8,9 or 10. It is hilly around here!

Not usually. MTB forks take 26" (ISO 559) wheels and road bikes commonly require 700c (ISO 622) wheels. The fork dimensions and overall geometry aren't compatible.

Check out Surly. Your LBS can order those and build them up or you can order. Check out ebay for frames and forks as well.

How cheap? If you throw out a budget you could get more replies.

I have found some really good deals on close-outs and such at WheelWorld.com
There are small travel suspention forks for road bikes out there, for comfort and touring types.

I used to work there. They love to find bulk discounts (and I mean over 100 units!), then blow them out at nice prices. All good quality frames.
