Rear Bicycle Rack

I had my bike powder coated and now am chasing all the threads. Are all the threads for a rear rack the same size? Don't want to chase them with the wrong tap.

Bikes: '''96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '12 Surly Pacer, All are 3x8,9 or 10. It is hilly around here!

All of the rack and fender mounting eyelets I've ever seen are threaded M5x.8mm. A 10-32 tap will also work, sort-of, but isn't really the correct one.
