Anybody seen downtube clamp for bike with now braze-ons?

I've been looking around for this, but haven't found one. I have a sweet lugged frame that I am outfitting with barcons. Problem is the bike doesn't have any braze-ons on the downtube. Simple enough, I know they make clamp on downtube cable stops. However, this is what I'm looking for. I want a clamp on device that will take the downtube cable adjusters that came with the barcons (so essentially creating the same things as if the bike had the braze-ons). They are Ultegra 8spd barcons. Links would be nice.

So you want a clamp with shifter bosses, right?

I believe that what I need is technically called the braze-on boss- I need something with those that clamps onto the downtube.

Check these out:

Although personally, I think the stamped-steel clamps look neater (the clamp-bolt is underneath out of sight):

If you want to use the barrel-adjusters, then you'd need the clamp-ons that have shifter-bosses, not just cable-stops.

So my question is: does any one make/sell a clamp on with just the shifter bosses on it? I can't find one anywhere.

I don't recall seeing anything like that. It's not needed on the right side because the RD has a barrel adjuster, but it might be nice to have an adjuster for the front.

Barcons are Suntour. Every other brand is bar end shifters.

Well, I like to call them barcons- so despite the fact that I already knew that tidbit of history, I called 'em that anyway.

Many have inquired in this forum - I don't recall anyone that has found.

You don't need downtube cable adjusters, just a clamp that will hold the cable ends. The front derailleur is friction with barcons so no adjuster is needed and the rear derailleur has a cable adjustment barrel already on it.
