Saddle angle

When I drop the plumb line, from the top tube, to the center of the BB and then from the nose of the saddle, to the chain stay, I have 23mm, where and how do I apply this measurement ? Thanks for any replys.

dangle angle

use a level or angle finder. start off with the saddle level(0 degrees)then adjust to suit.

It means you meet the UCI minimum of 5mm. Go racing!

Not sure how this affects saddle angle though.
