Frame prep on carbon frames needed?

I'm considering buying a new carbon frame (my first ever!), possibly a Colnago or Tommasini. I'm used to the preparation requirements of a steel or aluminium frame in terms of chasing and facing of bracket and head tube but wanted to ask what is needed on a carbon frame? Is any prep needed at all?

Thanks all.
