Ruined frame?

Hello, I accidentally tightened the QR on my seat tube while the seat post wasn't in and the seat post doesn't slide down freely anymore. Should I be worried about this or not? I tried to get it looser by pulling it apart a bit with the seat post. It fits in fine, but it doesn't slide down by itself.

Nah, it's fine. You did bend the slot slightly but you didn't hurt anything.

You'll be more likely to ruin the frame by "pulling it apart a bit with the seat post", you don't want to flex alloys. If you can adjust your seat, let it be.
