Dura-Ace Chain Width

I've been using Wipperman Connex 10S0 Chains on my TruVatiV Elita cranks for the last two years with no shifting problems. The chain has a 6.05mm width. Yesterday, I switched to a 10sp Dura-Ace chain. The width is 6.1mm. Twice on a ride today, shifting from the large ring to the middle ring, the chain went between the two rings. The cranks would spin but not drive the chain. Since the width is supposed to be a little wider, I'm surprised this would happen.

Should I go back to a Wipperman chain? Are there narrower spacers I can use? Are the Dura-Ace chains now narrower than 6.1?
