Sticking Brakes (?)
I recently replaced the tube in the rear wheel of my bike, and now the brakes tend to "stick" when they're pressed. I guess to be a bit more technical about it, the brakes actually stay in the braking position and the brake handle (shifter) stays loose as if they're stuck squeezing...
I wish I could explain this better, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if you moves a cable housing out of place while working on your bike. If that doesn't work undo the cable and see if the caliper sticks without the brake system attached. If that's it, you need to adjust the bolt that holds it on.

Probably just need to re-center your brake. Must have knocked it over when you took off your wheel.
