Dirt jam Pro Fork Rebound Adjust?

In the Instruction manual for the forks it say I have to take the right cap of the fork tube to turn the piston to adjust the movement of the rebound reaction. On the bottom of the forks there is like a cap/nozzle can I turn that to adjust the rebond?
