best place to buy spokes

Where do you guys find the best deal on double butted spokes? I've been all over the internet pricing them, and lots of times I find a decent deal but they don't carry the length I want. I know places like Sheldon's place size to order, but they're like a dollar a spoke. And I don't want to resize them myself.

Any suggestions?

If you're looking for just a spoke or two or even 10 then you'll be better off ponying up the buck or 2 per spoke from a local shop. If you're looking for a whole box of a certain size, you will find better prices on the www, but don't expect service or to be as great.

Whichever store has the size(s) I need in stock, from my experience.

I bought mine from this guy:

72 double butted spokes with brass nipples for around 40 bucks shipped was by far the best deal I could find. I got mine all the same length because they were for a single speed, but I think you can mix and match lengths as well.
