Brake Set for Trek Pilot 5.0

Hi, can anybody please help with some info on my bike frame. Am trying to build with a Dura Ace group set, but the brake calipers are rubbing against the tyres and not the rims. Spent some money on frame and set and don't want to mix components, any suggestions please ???

If you can't slide the pads down the vertical slots on the caliper arms any further then you will have to get longer reach calipers or find some drop bolts. I don't believe DA calipers are available in any longer reach lengths so you will have to use something different if you want to go this route.
Edit. I see on Trek's website that the Pilot 5.0 comes with Cane Creek long reach calipers.
