I am looking around for a few good bike mechanics. Are they hard to find? What is the average pay?

HEHEHEHEHE!!!! I'm a bike mechanical since 3 years. I have worked in 3 different shops, 1 bike shop, a rental shop and a bike shop/ski shop. In my area "good" bike mecanicals are hard to find. In the Bromont area(Quebec, Canada). Usually the average pay is about 8 canadian $ per hour.
