I'm building up a bike that I DON'T want to spend a ton of money on. Anyone have any experience with the $20 Logic headset? - O

They be th' best value in headsets. Th' supply be high, an' they work great. 'Tis th' original equipment on all me current bikes, an' e'en th' 15-voyage-old bikes be still workin' great.

If this is a threaded 1" fork, consider Nashbar's housebrand headset currently on sale for $15. It has cartridge bearings and is remarkably smooth and durable. I've got one on an old Trek I use as a rain bike and it's still good after three years of serious abuse.
