single-bolt stem/carbon steer tube

I intend to replace the fork on my CAAD4 frame with an Ouzo Pro (carbon steerer). The stem that I used previously has only a single bolt clamping it to the steer tube, not 2. The Reynolds instructions (link is pdf) say not to use a pinch or wedge clamp style stem, but this isn't that, it just has 1 bolt where most stems have 2.

Will this stem sufficiently distribute the clamping force so as not to damage the steerer, or am I better off getting a 2-bolt model?
