Need BB removal advice
I'm removing my Shimano Octalink BB, and I'm a bit confused as to which side is the fixed flange and which side is the removable ring.
Here's a picture of the bike, viewed normally (left is left), with the removal tool held in place with a skewer.
Looking at this web page it would seem that I have it backwards and that the ring on the left indicates that it is the fixed flange?

The drive side is the fixed flange.
