Your LBS can probably supply you with one. I usually order small parts from loosescrews or bikepartsetc to keep my drawers stocked, but every once in a while I have to drop into the local bike shop looking for something. Hopefully your lbs's are as great as mine.

Most LBS's have a boneyard, too, and should have plenty on hand.

Actually, I would go to a local independant. I'm not anti-Performance (and I visit mine quite a bit), but I think you'd be better off establishing a realtionship with a local small shop independant.

Most shops, ( Every one I've worked in ), have lots of this kinda stuff laying around and wil give it to you cheap or even free
