Best Brake Pads For Carbon Fiber Wheels

I'm using Bontrager cork pads in a Dura Ace caliper on Bontrager carbon fiber wheels. The braking is horrible, with a kind of continual rapid "grab and release" feel that I've seen others write about. Are there better pads available, like perhaps from Kool Stop? Would more or less toe in, or even beveling the pads make a difference? Oh, and there are no problems with loose wheels or a loose headset - we have two bikes with the same set-up and the same issues.

Whatever pad you choose, make sure that doing so won't void your Bontrager warranty....
