Questions about the Hed Ardennes Plus

Am the destroyer of wheels (195 to 205 lbs, 800 miles and 50k of climbing a month). A buddy gave me a pair of 32 spoke Mavic Open Pros built by a well known local wheel builders and I could not keep the rear true. He then gave me a set of Hed Belgium C2s. Would like to have another set of wheels and looking at the Hed Ardennes + FR or SL. Wondering if the standard build (18/24 spoke) would hold up for me or I should try to go for the Stallion (20/28 spoke, up to 250 lbs)? Have a Specialized S Works Tarmac SL4, started running 25mm tires and it is tight fit in the frame and challenging to take the wheel in and out. Do love the ride and handling though. Will I have problems with 25mm rim? On my MTB I have Bontrager Race X Lite wheels which can run tubeless and it is a nightmare to change the tube. Am wondering it would be the same for the Ardennes + tubeless ready? Any info anybody has would be great.
