maintenance after cycling in rain
Re: Cycling in rain
Hi, I just got my bike awhile ago and have never cycled in the rain until today. I am just wondering if there is anything that I need to do each time to ensure that the chain does not rust and the parts do not sustain damage ? Keiyana |
If its dry, it wont rust. All i do after I ride in the rain is I wipe the chain off, and take a hair dryer and spray the dereilleurs and whatever else that has water beads on it. I also quirt lube onto almost al the bolt heads, so they dont start rusting. Thats all you really need to do. ;)
