Where to buy spare cradle for saddle/seatpost?

Hi and thanks for looking in.

Recently I snapped the bolt on the piece that holds the saddle to the seatpost and I can't seem to find any sort of replacement. I lost the original piece when it snapped off. bike shops say they dont have any spares because they only come with seatposts? So I buy a new seatpost, cradle etc. but now I cant pull my old seatpost out! the thing is wedged in and wont budge

So does anyone know where I can get a replacement cradle and bolt for my old seatpost which is a:

Pazzaz Carbon 27.2mm

looks like this:

Any help appreciated

I'd work harder at removing the old seatpost.
