adjustable stem
 

I have a Ritchey adjustable stem and I'd like to change it out for a fixed stem. I seen a fixed Salsa stem at Jenson for $33 and I was wondering, what you think of that. If that isn't any good I'd appreciate any suggestions.

The steerer clamp diameter (or clamp plus reducer shim) and the handlebar clamp diameter have to match your bike. If they do, Salsa is well regarded.

If you're not concerned about weight or fashion, you can get one much cheaper than that too!
