Shim for 31.8 stem and 26.4 bars

Anyone know of a source for these? Are they even made? I have a new Look Ergostem and want to run a pair of Giro D'Italia bars. Sam

I had my LBS order them from QBP. They are made by Problem Solutions and runabout $13.

I ordered some from either Universal Cycles or Loose Screws....pretty sure it was Universal Cycles though. I think they were less than $10.
