replacement cogs for a peugeot derailleur?

i have a 1984/83 peugeot which is minutes away from being road ready. but it is missing one of the free spinning cogs on the rear derailleur making the chain way too loose to think of riding it just yet, does anyone know if there were universial? or a place i could find one cheap? im not too worring about being "time correct" or not.

Any bike shop should have a number of these pulleys recovered from trashed derailleurs. They aren't all interchangable but I'm sure you can find one that fits. If you aren't concerned about indexing, they will all work if they fit in the cage.
