FSA Integrated Headset

Got a new cross frame recently and it came with an integrated headset. FSA, not sure of the model, it's the cross version with the cable guide if that helps.

I've put headsets in before but never an integrated setup. Looking at the parts, it's obvious where most go. But I was wondering if anyone could confirm where the 2 split rings go. I believe, looking at the description on Park's site that they go at the interface between the bearings and the cups, but I want to be sure.

Checked FSA's site, but there doesn't seem to be any info there.
