Not sure which cassette tool I need for Surly LHT CMPLT, Deore Cassette and XT hub
I am assuming it is either the Park FR-1 or FR-5 Link to mentioned tools
If someone knows, could you also explain why (I want to know as much as I can about this bike)

you need the FR 5 or the FR 5G if you like to use a vise.
you'll also need a chain whip like the SR-1 or HCW 16 to remove the cassette.
it'll hold the cassette in place while you loosen the lock ring with the FR 5
