A few questions (Rear Wheels)
It seems my radther cheap 26" Huffy's rear wheel is like loose or somethin. The hub? Seems like it is moving around. Can this be tightened or is it done?
Also my spokes we real lose, tightened em all today, is there is a good limit on tightning? Or just as tight as possible?

You probably need a new rear wheel.
It sounds like your bearing cones are loose. That would mean an overhaul for a decent rear wheel. Huffys' might have some goofy parts to make overhauling the wheel difficult to impossible. I'd have to look at the wheel to know for sure.
Most wheels have a spec of around 100 kgf per spoke. You need a tensiometer to know if you're there or not. If you are trying to tighten the spokes with a vice grip or something like that, you're not even close.
I suspect that you really need a better bike because that Huffy isn't up to the jumping and such that that you're doing with it.
