Replacement cones for old Altus hub ?

I'm rebuilding a bike for a friend. It's an old MTB, there is no really economical reason behind this, it's basically a nice opportunity for me to learn a lot about bike maintenance and repair.

Now, I took apart rear hub to repack bearings and there is significant pitting on the cones. Races appear to be fine. My idea was that I get new cones and balls and redo the hub with new parts, as I really don't want to get into business of rebuilding the wheel with new hub.
The hub is Altus CT-90 / RM40. Search on the internet got me plenty of left cones, like here https://www.bikeparts.com/search_resu...p?ID=BPC308587
and at many other stores, but, amazingly, I can't find right cone at all. The only store I've found a reference to it is in AU, and I really don't want to pay $25 shipping for a $3 part.
According to Shimano docs, right cone is the same between Altus and Acera, but I can't find anything for Acera either.

What are my options ?

Shimano part#'s are
Y-220-08202 Left cone
Y-30G-03000 Right cone.

I was in a similar situation not to long ago. The LBS said they could get the parts, but didn't know what they would cost, so I passed. It was for a suspect wheelset anyway.
The L cone was quite available, but the R was the stickler.
That did get me to wondering though-
Since the FH body contains the Right race, does it really need the specific cone. FH bodies get swapped all the time and I don't think people worry about the proper cone then do they????
I'm curious about that myself.

Thanks,

but the first link is for left rear cone - the "available" one. The second link is for front cone.
They don't have the right Altus cone there.
