Rear derailleur overhaul, when to set the spring in the inceased tension hole?
 

The spring sits normaly in the low tension hole, at what point do you set it in the increased tension hole?

Does increased spring tension increase the "crispiness" of downshifting? (relvant in racing when downshifting while sprinting)
