Reusing the Missing Link on KMC chain?

I screwed up measuring the chain length so I need to shorten it. Can I reuse the Missing Link on a KMC x9 chain?

Yes. It's harder to get undone than the SRAM equivalent but if you hold your tongue just right in your cheek and squeeze the sideplates together just right it'll come apart just fine and can be reused.
