Carbon fork and tire rub

Is it normal to have scratches in a carbon fork that line up with the rubber nubbins sticking off my tire? Is this a problem? The scratches feel superficial.

If they're just cosmetic, then you're probably OK.
Cut/pull those hairs off your tires though.
