Seal drag on Enduro MAX bearings in a hub

I've got gritty OE bearings in my fixed Formula/IRO rear hub after ~1400 miles. I'm planning to replace them with Enduro bearings after reading good reviews of them here. The MAX bearings have significantly higher load rating, which leads me to believe they will last longer. They've also got high contact seals, which means more drag, but again, longer lasting.

Should I, A: Suck it up and not worry about the seal drag or B: Go with the lower friction bearings with lesser seals and load capacity that are actually recommended by Enduro for hub usage? The price difference is insignificant.

Does anyone know who supplies the OE Formula bearings and what grade they are? I was surprised that they wore out so quickly.
