Need help removing crank set

I live in Greensboro, NC and I want to take the crank set off of a Specialized Sequoia Elite and put it on my Trek 7000 Multitrack. I can't make heads or tails of how to get them off. Please help.

Just go to Park Tools and choose the type of spindle you have, then read all about how to do it.
