Dura-Ace Crank & Ultegra Derailleurs 10sp

I have Ultegra 6600 10 speed equipment and would like to get larger crank arms. I ran across some nicely priced Dura-Ace cranks in the right size (with BB) but wonder if it'll work with the Ultegra equipment. I'm sure that they use the same chain. Thanks.
