MTB bent front fork

I recently had a bad collision with a dog on my Trek 820. The front fork is slightly bent and the front rim is no longer true. It has a wobble in one spot.

First the fork. The downtubes say RST 191 CS on them. Do I just buy the fork and re-use the outer tubes? If so, where's a good place to get a new fork?

The rim is bent. It has a wobble in one spot that wasn't there before. I figure that since this was induced by trauma, I had just better get a new rim. Opinions?

Thanks for your help. I have a broken collarbone from the crash and I'd like to have the bike ready for me when I'm ready for it.
