BB Threading English or Italian

I have an '06 Fuji Team Pro. I want to replace the crank and bb with Ultegra SL. Do I get English or Italian threaded bb? How can I tell the difference?

You can measure the inside diameter of the BB shell, but I can guarantee you'll need an English-threaded bottom bracket- I doubt that Fuji ever shipped an Italian-threaded BB shell. Italian threading is put into Italian frames, for the most part.

It's mostly reserved for more-expensive Italian frames now. My Bianchi Alloro is English threaded.
