Anyone know where to buy JUST crank arms?

I have a Shimano FC R-700 Hollowtech II compact crank with 170 mm arms. I want to try 175 mm arms . . . does anyone know where I can buy Shimano or Shimano-compatible crank arms only? I hate to buy a complete new crankset. And a second question . . . will any Shimano 110 BCD spindle work? Will the five bolts line up with my FC R-700 chainrings?

Bikes: '''96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '12 Surly Pacer, All are 3x8,9 or 10. It is hilly around here!

It would probably be less expensive to buy the complete crank than just the crank arms.

The second question makes no sense. Did you mean to say spider rather than spindle?

The right arm is integrated with the spider. Are you looking for a crank without chainrings?

Sorry, I meant spider . . . and yes, I'm basically looking for a crank w/out chainrings.

Are you saying you don't want to buy the chain rings or the bottom bracket bearings? I doubt you will find what you are looking for from any dealer. The R700 (I have one) appears to have been replaced by the 6650 compact double within the Ultegra and Ultegra SL group. They are listed as available in a 175 length, but not as parts separate from the rings and bearing cups.

Omitting the chainrings on a crankset will not be cheaper.

Buy a complete crankset with rings. Put your old ring on there and put the new ones aside as spares. Chainrings do wear out.
