I assume you have the same size botom bracket and head tube? Is the fork the same size, type, is it 1", 1-1/8"? Threaded? threadless? or are you getting a new fork with the frame?
And its a good idea tol replace the cables and housing, no time like the present to do that tune up.
You're going to need:
5mm Allen wrench, buy a set that has up to 8mm for crank bolts.
Crank puller.
Bottom bracket tool.
Chain tool.
Torque wrench unless you feel confident that you wont over under tighten things.
A good set of pliers or a dremmel tool for cutting housing, the dremmel works great if you have one around. Just wrap the cables in masking tape befor you cut them, keeps a clean end.
For the headset, you can use a screwdriver and mallet to gently tap out the bearing cups, and use a long bolt, as close to the steerer tube diameter to reseat the bearing cups in the new frame.
