bullhorn and gears

so i want to build up a commuter / winter bike..i want to do it from scratch. I wanna learn how a bike works so putting it together will be good. Anyway, I want to use bullhorn handlebars on this bike....I was thinking of these parts....
Deore FD
Deore RD
Double compact crankset
what kind of shifters do i have to get in order to work with the bullhorns? Also are there bullhorns with internal cable routing?

Bar-end shifters would work best, but you'll have to figure out where to put the brake levers.

the mountain bike STI shifters should fit on there.
maybe take the clamp bolt out of the levers bar clamp while fitting it onto the bar

Also, downtube shifters are an option if you can fit them on your frame.
