Bent front gear

I have a bent front gear.

The middle sprocket has a deformation of about 0.25 inches, half-sinusoid, and the arc length is about 2 inches.

Is it possible to bend back?

It is. This part is called a chainring and I suggest taking it off before doing any bending to avoid tweaking your crank.
