Fenders on a Cross Bike?

I have an 07 Kona JTS. I can see how a rear rack will fit, but has anyone mounted a front fender? I have the PlanetBike Hybrid/Touring front and rear fender set, but there are no eyelets on the front fork. Can you put the eyelets inside of the QR? Is there another way besides returning them?

Either p-clamps or some LBS will stock a specific plastic clamp you can use to go around forks which do not have eyelets.

Assuming you have enough clearance at the fork for the fender to fit through, although this is a problem that can be solved as well.

DO NOT double-up the fender stays with the QR skewer. There are rear racks with brackets that can be held by the QR's but AFAIK, no one makes fenders that can do this safely.

As Operator recommended P-clamps from any hardware store can be used to fasten the stays to the fork legs.

I think Planet bike makes a similar fender as well.

The only problem with these is that they are at best 1/3 a full fender.
